Ileana has over 22 years of experience in advising prominent players in all aspects of employment law including individual and collective employment agreements, transfer of business under TUPE regulations, dismissals, disciplinary issues, workplace investigations, discrimination or harassment claims. She also specializes in business immigration and mobility, providing legal assistance in relation to cross-border transfers of employees, as well as on stay permits and work notices.

Her experience spans on corporate and commercial/civil matters, ranging from general corporate advice, corporate liability matters, shareholding structures, share capital matters to d negotiating of various commercial/civil contracts.

Ileana also achieved substantial experience in Real Estate field, having been involved in many real estate projects. She advised on a broad range of legal issues, including regulatory matters, as well as sale, lease and mortgage agreements and was involved in all stages of the transactions, from due diligence investigations to post-closing matters.
