Ana-Maria is a full-fledged attorney-at-law with dual education in EU and Romanian law.
She is particularly skilled in transaction structuring and negotiation, specializing in Corporate and Commercial, M&A and Regulatory. She constantly provides assistance and representation to a broad range of clients, mainly blue-chip companies active in the IT, energy and natural resources industries and FMCG. She also handles real estate and banking & finance mandates.
Her involvement in various prominent projects during her over 12 years of experience in top national and regional law firms, as well as her diverse legal background allows Ana-Maria to assist clients through all stages of a project: from development, day to day advice, due diligence performance, to transaction structuring and negotiation, closing and business integration.
Besides her native Romanian, she is proficient in English and French.
