Silvia has an experience of almost 3 years in the legal field. She is focusing mainly on Employment, Corporate and Public Procurement/PPP matters.

Her main area of expertise is Employment law, where she has been involved in various employment matters, including individual and collective employment agreements, work through temporary work agent, telework, disciplinary and professional unfitness procedures, internal regulations and policies, benefits and compensations.

Silvia also has a particular interest in the Litigation practice. She has prepared documents and assisted clients before the court in civil litigations, especially in employment related cases.
