ILEANA LUCIAN

With over 19 years of legal practice, Ileana gained a significant experience in Employment, Corporate, Commercial/Civil and Real Estate areas. Being a constant learner, Data Privacy has been recently added to her expertise.

Her professional activity started in 2003 within a Romanian top tier law firm where she held the position of partner for almost 5 years.

Ileana provided advice on all aspects of Employment law including individual and collective employment agreements, transfer of business under TUPE regulations, occupational health and safety issues, individual and collective dismissals, work through temporary work agent, disciplinary and professional unfitness procedures, discrimination or harassment claims. She also specializes in business immigration and mobility, providing legal assistance in relation to cross-border transfers, transnational posting of employees, as well as on stay permits and work notices.

Since 2017 Ileana has been recommended by Legal 500 among the notable practitioners in employment field in Romania.

Her experience spans on Corporate and Commercial/Civil matters, ranging from general corporate advice, corporate liability matters, shareholding structures, share capital matters to drafting and negotiating of various commercial/civil contracts.

Ileana also achieved substantial experience in Real Estate field, having been involved in many real estate projects. She advised on a broad range of legal issues, including regulatory matters, as well as sale, lease and mortgage agreements and was involved in all stages of the transactions, from due diligence investigations to post-closing matters.
