About

Răzvan is a litigator with 12 years of experience refined in some of the most complex and groundbreaking litigation cases, brought before all Romanian Courts, Court of Justice of the European Union and European Court of Human Rights.

Răzvan represents clients before all domestic courts / public authorities in both litigation and administrative disputes in matters involving construction law (legal and factual matters in pre / or post contractual phase as well as during or after the issuance of various permits), public procurement, fiscal procedures, consumer protection, constitutional law, competition law, labor law, before the Court of Justice of the European Union in disputes regarding issues of European Union law and before the European Court of Humain Rights, in disputes regarding issues of the European Convention of Human Rights.
