Ana-Maria is a full-fledged attorney -at- law with dual education in EU and Romanian law.

She is particularly skilled in transaction structuring and negotiation, specializing in Corporate and Commercial, M&A and Regulatory. She constantly provides assistance and representation to a broad range of clients, mainly blue-chip companies active in the IT, energy and natural resources industries and FMGC. She also handles real estate and banking & finance mandates.
